Uh Oh. You Asked for it. As if the 3 Alarm Salsa wasn't spicy enough here comes the four alarm salsa. I'm not messing around with this one. I added fresh ghost chili peppers to the mix of Jalapeños, Serranos, and Manzano peppers to tease out your tears. It's still delicious but it's not so subtle anymore.
