We take the tropical flavors of Passionfruit, Orange, and Guava and pair them with South American and African Chili peppers as well as some wild purple superhots from the garden for a truly wild experience. This sauce hits you with fruit right away and then a quick burn that moves to the back of your throat and lingers with the flavors of the fruit.
This sauce was born of a desire to get out of a bit of a sauce making funk and boy let me tell you, I'm so glad I did. This Small Batch won't last long. It's a recipe that I plan on developing more, it's pretty hot for most people but I could see it winning many a contest once I dial it in.
