This sauce is the second in the lineup from the Powerful Pepper Company. As usual for us, it is all natural and free of additives. My goal here was to create a sauce that captures some of the green chili and pineapple flavor combinations that happen in the pacific islands and Hawaii. I like to mix this with a bit of soy and marinate some chicken for an hour or so before I toss it on the grill alongside some fresh pineapple slices. I have also been known to add this sauce to some mayonnaise for a tropical aioli for seafood or to throw it on pizza. That’s right. Pineapple on pizza but with some fire to balance out the sweetness.
