The this one series is a small batch series where I stick to the basics and make just pepper sauce. It simple, delicious and lets me focus on the farm and what we grow. Each of these sauces is made in small batched and with just a few simple ingredients. No fruit, no spices, no frills. Just heat. Lots and lots of heat.
This one VII is the last of the garden from 2022. Fresh peppers that lasted well into November included a focus on the Scotch Bonnet Pepper and some other varieties that carry intense flavor as well as heat to please your taste buds even as we burn them up.
