I blend the worlds most expensive pepper (read easy to grow but super time consuming to pick and dry) with a bit of black pepper and salt for a great all around seasoning salt with a unique flavor and a punch. I use it on popcorn pretty much every time I make it and now I can't eat regular popcorn since it just doesn't have the same zing.
You can order it now. These will sell out again this year as growing these peppers yields thousands of peppers but they are itty bitty tiny little things. I make about 2-3 dozen bottles total per year depending on the crop.
