Pineapple Jam. What do you mean you've never heard of it? Well you're missing out. This is the spiciest of my jams and it has a healthy portion of Freeport Orange Scotch Bonnet chili peppers to help back up that claim.
The pineapple and chili peppers create a Caribbean inspired jam that is so good I sometimes catch myself eating it right out of the jar with a spoon.
This is good on all breakfast items, I especially like it on a sausage biscuit, but for a real out of this world treat, put this on some vanilla ice cream for dessert. This will also shine on a charcuterie and cheese plates. Try it with some jerk wings if you're feeling frisky.
